Time for round two of Phelps vs. Lochte. The United States' two biggest male swimming stars go at it a second time at the London Games, with the latest coming in the 200-meter individual medley final on Thursday. Michael Phelps won his record-setting 19th career Olympic medal and 15th gold in the 4x200-meter freestyle relay Tuesday night. Lochte is the world record holder in the 200 IM.
