Modern pentathlon has become a family affair at the Rio de Janeiro Games.

Americans Margaux and Isabella Isaksen became the first sisters to compete in the same event at the same Olympics when they both qualified for the Rio Games. Margaux is in her third Olympics _ she was fourth in London 2012 _ and Isabella is at her first Games.

The sibling connection goes even deeper. Margaux is married to Egypt's Amro El Geziry, who is joined by his brother, Omar, competing in modern pentathlon at the Rio Games.
