It seems Britain has reclaimed patriotism over the last 16 days. We used to shy away from it. Therefore, Sunday night's closing ceremony is undoubtedly going to feature the Union Flag — a lot. Yes, that's right. Technically, it's not the Union Jack, it's the Union Flag. It's a common miscue when referring to the red, white and blue flag of Great Britain.
