The BMX racing at the Rio De Janeiro Olympics is appointment viewing back at the USA Cycling offices in Colorado. 

All three U.S. riders made it through a windy and wreck-filled men's quarterfinal round to advance to the semifinals on Friday.  

Action also resumes in the women's bracket on Friday with the semifinals. There will be three heats apiece for the men and women, with the brackets alternating action. The men's start list is here

With Alise Post and Brooke Crain also racing on Friday, the United States has all five of its riders in the semifinals. Team USA is hoping to return to the podium after getting shutout in London in 2012.

The medal races are later Friday afternoon.
