Standing looking at one of the dedicated lanes for Olympic vehicles in central London on Monday, I see a number of drivers risking being fined. Crossing into a games lane will land you with a 130-pound (nearly $200) ticket if you are not an official vehicle, but cars, vans and taxis are using it when the lanes are active. Perhaps they think it is worth the risk of being caught for the time on a journey they might save — or perhaps they are just unaware. — Fergus Bell — Twitter http://twitter.com/fergb ___ EDITOR'S NOTE — "Eyes on London" shows you the Olympics through the eyes of Associated Press journalists across the 2012 Olympic city and around the world.
