Oops. Panama's Alonso Edward false-started in his 200-meter qualifying heat Tuesday morning, taking four or five full strides before realizing the gun hadn't gone off. The Olympic Stadium announcer drew chuckles from the crowd by making this observation over the loudspeakers: "And that could be problematic." Seconds later, an official wandered over to Edward and showed him a red-and-black card signifying that the sprinter had been disqualified.
