She may have a famous dad, but Vashti Cunningham just made her own way to Rio.
The 18-year-old finished second in the high jump at the Olympic Trials, earning a spot on the U.S. Olympic team.
She became the youngest American in the sport to make the team since 1980.
Cunningham turned heads earlier this year when she won the high jump at the world indoor championships in Portland, Oregon.
Her dad is former NFL quarterback Randall Cunningham, who has a new career as his daughter's coach. After his daughter's leap Sunday, he told NBC: "This is greater than anything I've ever done."
