RIO DE JANEIRO -- Netherlands' king Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima attended the Netherlands' gold medal match with Britain.
The Dutch lost the match in a shootout, just missing out on the chance to win three consecutive gold medals.
Alexander also attended equestrian jumping and track and field on Friday, handball on Thursday, gymnastics on Tuesday, swimming and field hockey on Monday and sailing on Sunday.
